Managed AI Employees for Your Business
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OpenCollar.ai, a managed AI employee service operated by Fieldcrest Ventures LLC ("Fieldcrest," "we," "us").
OpenCollar.ai provides managed AI employee services. We deploy, configure, and maintain AI-powered virtual employees that operate on your behalf within your business systems.
AI Employees are software agents powered by large language models. They are not human employees. You acknowledge that AI outputs may be inaccurate and you are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.
Standard plan: $500/month per employee (M-F, 7 AM – 5 PM CT). Always-On plan: $800/month per employee (24/7/365). Billing stops immediately upon cancellation with prorated refunds for unused time.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
