Fieldcrest Ventures LLC ("Fieldcrest") operates OpenCollar.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, company name)
Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers)
AI Employee configuration (role, instructions, training materials)
Chat messages between you and your AI Employees
Basic usage data (IP address, browser type)

How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Each AI Employee runs on a dedicated, isolated virtual machine. Google Workspace credentials are encrypted client-side and permanently deleted after provisioning.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.
